Lawrence artist Alec Joler presents a menagerie of collage work, films, paintings, comic-book illustrations, prints and drawings. Films include Joler's award-winning stop-motion Lego action shorts and an exclusive preview of his first feature-length motion picture "SUSPENSION." The independently financed film features a Lawrence cast and is now on the festival circuit.Artist's statement: I grew up in Lawrence, went to school in Oakland CA, then moved back to Lawrence about four years ago. I've been making art for as long as I can remember, making movies since I was ten, and I am excited to have an opportunity to share my work with the community with which I have grown.
