Jasmin Talbert was born in Bitburg Germany on Bitburg Air Force base. Both parents were serving in the Air Force at the time. She moved to the Overland Park area in 1982. In her spare time she is a math tutor at a local university, is the Chair of the Johnson County Libertarians, and likes to pursue outdoor activities with her daughter.
