Haskell budget

The Journal-World filed an open records request with the Bureau of Indian Affairs in May asking for Haskell Indian Nations University's budget for the past three years, and this is what we received.
The documents were requested as part of an on-going Journal-World investigation into academic violations in the Haskell athletics department.
