Good video quality but the perp is pretty far away. Cheers needs to get their own video surveillance up and going. There are plenty out there that are very good and not all that expensive.

it looked like the perp had a distinct limp or walking pattern like there was some injury to 1 leg. I think that limp will help identify him.
