Probation? So just back in November they get in trouble for 1) Burglary and 2) Interfering with an Officer and with past convictions they get Probation? And in less than 90 days they are in troulbe again.

I have a crazy social experiment that we should try: Perhaps if we put criminals BEHIND bars instead of on probation, their likelihood to commit violent crime during that period would decline.

I am one of the victims in this case. I want to know why they aren't being charged with aggravated battery on me as well. They threw me around, I also got hit several times while laying on top of the male victim to cover him from further attacks, which did not stop. Why aren't they being charged with attempted murder? This man was beaten repeatedly beyond explanation. His entire face looked like it had been soaked in a blood bath. I didn't even know if he was alive when he was finally able to get into the bathroom. Because the police kept knocking and he wasn't answering. He had been beaten so much about the head, that he had to have three staples in his head and his arm stitched where he was stabbed. I think he was stabbed with a piece of the glass from a bottle that they broke over his head. Because I think the perpetrator cut his hand while stabbing him, as there was blood dripped all down the hall and into the front room. And one of the perpetrators kept saying "he'll stab you, that's what he does, he'll kill you". They returned to my room and beat him repeatedly before he could get to safety. I would call that attempted murder. One of them forced my cell phone out of my hand so that I couldn't call for help. Isn't that another charge right there? One of them restrained me and wouldn't let me down the hallway to go for help. I told him that he was holding me against my will. Isn't that a kidnapping charge? They most certainly better be charged with something more than simple aggravated battery. The main victim had no chance to fight back at all, not even one swing. My house looked like belter skelter, there was so much blood on every floor and wall (blood 5 foot high). It was sick, sick, crazy, insane behavior from them both.
