Of course, the facts are not going to get in the way of the neo-Republican party in Kansas. Lowered taxes were supposed to result in prosperity for everyone, because of the good will of the monied, so that is what is happening. Damn the torpedos and full steam ahead.

If Kansas re-elects this bunch of legislators and executives again, it deserves all it gets. And none of it will be positive except that (dare I say it?) the rich will get richer, the poor poorer, and the middle class will not migrate to the richer end of the scale.

How do we as a state of voters allow this to go on?
