It passed both houses. It was signed by the president. It survived 88 repeal attempts and a 24 billion dollar shut down.

I get it. You don't like it.

You lost. You lost badly.

I don't expect you to change your mind. I do expect you to be smart enough to know when you lost and to quit wasting our time and money and american progress.and.quit beating the dead horse

I consider it absurd and shameful.and stupid.to keep going and making our nation pay such a steep price for what at this point is nothing more than a disrespectful adolescent tempure tantrum.

"Further the fanatical tea party continues to talk.about how more than half the people.oppose obama care but omit admitting.that 38% of them oppose it because it doesn't go far enough."

That's the talking point. Is there any liberal out there who does not understand that Obamacare is merely an increment on the path towards single payer? Of course, a poll on single payer would show even less support than Obamacare.

"And yet the cruxt of my.position remains.the same. The law has passed every test of democracy and stood."

Do you consider the bribes and threats directed at Democrats to gain their votes are legitimate in a constitutional republic? Do you believe passing Obama before debating, let alone reading the bill, is a legitimate in a constitutional republic? If you do, I suggest you read Chapter 19 of John Locke's "Second Treatise of Government" to see what he thought of such practices.

I was wrong on the bipartison vote. I stand behind the rest.

Further the fanatical tea party continues to talk.about how more than half the people.oppose obama care but omit admitting.that 38% of them oppose it because it doesn't go far enough.

When the numbers are more honestly examined then suddenly 58% of the nation either supports obamacare or thinks it should.go farther.

And yet the cruxt of my.position remains.the same. The law has passed every test of democracy and stood. The repeated failed.attacks has hurt america deeply and.those failed tea partier extremests, instead if accepting defeat as ladies and gentlemen, are now resorting to weak minded and.immature tactics such as attacking the messengers.

I often have respected people who disagree with me. John mccain and bob dole cime to mind. But the day of the lady and gentleman politician is dead and we are left with the power in the hands of fanatics who live in a bubble and who think their job is to destroy the opposition instead of come.together to serve the nation.

For that, they have failed america and I can not respect them. Not for their opinions but for the damage they inflict due to their fanaticism.

It is the most common tactic of the.weak.and desperate when they fail.at attacking.the message they then go after the messangers.

The.bill passed with bipartisan support in both.houses was signed by the president upheld by the supreme court survived 88 attempts of repeal and gained 10 points in support during the 24 billion dollar tea party extremist temper tantrum.

Next step start killing the messengers.

No interest in jobs or economic.recovery.

As I said....a sign of the weak and desperate ..

Bless their hearts.

Arminius, also known as Armin or Hermann, was a chieftain of the Germanic Cherusci who defeated a Roman army in the Battle of the Teutoburg Forest.

One of his many faces.

A community organizer who was part of Sunflower Community Action's attempt to intimidate Secretary of State Kris Kobach, his wife, and three young daughters at their home earlier this year is now an Obamacare navigator. http://dailycaller.com/2013/10/17/obamacare-navigator-stormed-gop-officials-property/

SCA is an extreme left-wing group whose director of organizing, Louis Goseland, was identified as a Democratic Socialist of America (DSA) member who participated in Occupy Wichita. http://web.archive.org/web/20120123230706/http://www.dsausa.org/occupy/index.html#Wichita

Goseland's Facebook groups include Wichita Democratic Socialists, Occupy Wichita and Kansas, Socialist Party USA, and, of course, WSU College Democrats. https://www.facebook.com/louis.goseland/groups

Ms. Watts left out a "minor" detail in her letter: The Daily Caller discovered that Ms. Wells had an outstanding arrest warrant. If not for the Daily Caller's reporting, Ms. Wells would likely still have that outstanding arrest warrant.

Ms. Wells has claimed that she was unaware of the outstanding arrest warrant before Michale Volpe, the Daily Caller reporter, told her. That claim is most likely not true. The Daily Caller article was not directed at Ms. Wells in particular, but at the navigator program in general. Ms. Wells failed to disclose her outstanding arrest warrant to KAMU and HCHC when she applied for a position with the navigator program. In addition, an adequate background check was not conducted on Ms. Wells. After just a few seconds, Mr. Volpe discovered Ms. Wells' outstanding arrest warrant at PeopleSmart.com. Ms. Wells may be an honest person who merely fell on hard times (although I think most of us would not ignore our responsibility to show up in court when ordered to do so). However, how many unscrupulous individuals will become part of the navigator program because Kathleen Sebelius and HHS failed to do due diligence and conduct background checks on these individuals?

Gov. Bobby Jindal pointed out that the navigator program was "ripe for disaster" two months ago:

"The ‘navigators’ will be required to take only 20 hours of online course training, which will apparently make them experts on the 1,000 page ObamaCare bill. An HHS official was even quoted this week saying, “We view training as an ongoing process.” Count me as skeptical.

"To make matters worse, these ‘navigators’ are going to have access to all kinds of personal information that will make the whole program ripe for fraud.

"When helping individuals sign up for ObamaCare, these community organizers will have access to sensitive personal information, including social security numbers and tax information.

"Amazingly, HHS is not planning on requiring background checks on these individuals before putting them to work. Besides the obvious identity theft concerns, this is a frightening development in light of the political activities and invasion of privacy, which the IRS and others have engaged in during the Obama presidency."

Yes allow the woman to do her work and enjoy employment.

We know this is about keeping Obamacare out of Kansas. We know this has roots in Topeka , Kansas. We also know this is dirty politics.
