On Dole Institute tries to instill knowledge about former senator early

Charles L. Bloss, Jr. 4 years, 11 months ago

How could anyone living in KS not know about Bob Dole? What he did for this country should be taught at every school in the nation. I was born in the same hospital where he was treated for his wounds from WWII. My Dad was an Army physician stationed there. After serving his country, he has a lifelong disability from the war. He went on to become an outstanding Senator. He is a favorite son of KS, and brought recognition and a lot more to the state. He wrote a great book about his service in WWII. I wish him the happiest of birthdays, and many more to come.
