Checking out the top 100 recruits on ESPN, it is difficult to imagine how so many Kentucky recruits plan on major minutes on the floor next year. Add the 6 appearing on that page to the freshmen currently on UK's roster, there will be a lot of highly recruited players riding on their bench next year. Calipari will have his hands full making a team out of this collection of high school stars. Looks good on paper; but, no doubt, a lot of egos to feed!

I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of current players, seeing the writing on the wall, choose to transfer. Maybe Willie Cauley-Stein, a native of Olathe. We didn't recruit him very hard, as the top center that year was Kaleb Tarczewski who was himself a strong Kansas lean but surprised at the last minute and signed with Arizona. Just a guess. But it would sure be nice to get a solid player to red-shirt a year, provide quality practices, as Withey did, and then come back strong as a third year sophomore.

Even after UK lost in the first round of the NIT last night. But it's an oral commitment - there's time to change his mind!

Do any of the three look interested? Did any of the three of the Wiggins family look interested? Don't think so. We have good kids on the way and a great group of kids here just waiting to show their skills. We will be good without the top two.
