I suggest that if we do a "Celebrate Freedom Week", we should base it around the week of Dec 6. You know, the date that the 13th Amendment was ratified.

How is this not bigger news?? And I'm pretty sure even the legislature would have a hard time blocking Common Core. I believe it's one of the requirements for the federal waiver.
