"On Tuesday, Deputy County Clerk Benjamin Lampe said only 151 advance ballots had been cast so far: 105 in person, and 146 by mail or email."
Looks like some Brownback math going on. Is it supposed to be 5 + 146, 105 + 46, or is the total supposed to be 251 instead of 151?

If less than 10 percent of registered voters turn out for this election, then the results are less than meaningless, in my opinion.
