Actually, it's not the DA's matter yet. The officers need to complete their investigation before the case is turned over to the DA's office.

yes, our DA is most questionable, weak, lax, poor, floppy, too quick to plea bargain, etc. I agree with your comments in this LTE Jill. I hope that the frat is not ducking out because a powerful person(s) is pulling levers.
