I'm not saying that any of these people should have been pardoned, but I seriously doubt that our (dis) honorable Governor even read the applications.

I know one of the children that witnessed the Orr shooting. Shot the guy in the head in front of seven year old twins. The one I met still suffers from PTSD and drug addiction, 20 years later.
How does one expect a pardon when you continue to get citations in prison for lewd behavior, etc.? The first step is to show yourself reformed, then ask for help.
