Kobach is as big a schmuck as Phil Kline is but I don't think the candidates should be allowed to be contacting voters. They just need to count the ballots and let the cards fall where they may...

Mah should simply get a list of everyone who voted, provisional or otherwise, and send them a mailer offering help in getting those who voted provisionally to do what's necessary to get their votes counted. That list is a matter of public record.

Kobach is wrong on this. Who voted is ALWAYS a matter of public record. HOW they voted is not.

If the court blocked, its not on Pacer, just the Notice of Hearing.

They could allow people who cast provisional ballots to come forward if they choose? More importantly, we MUST get election management out of the hands of partisan Secretaries of State. This is completely out of control across the country.
