This article is a perfect example of what is wrong with the message getting out to women about fitness. Look what you've accomplished by publishing this garbage.You have convinced GardenMomma that she should not do push ups. As a personal strength trainer, I am disgusted by the comments by Kristal Richardson in the article. Women should do squats, dead lifts,push ups and every other useful exercise. Oh yes! Finally, no more push-ups! I will admit though, that the "girl" push-ups always seemed like cheating. Glad to know that it's okay to "cheat" now!
