I've given up on any sort of a weight plan. At 51 I still weigh the same 132 pounds I did when I was 16. Doesn't matter if I take in 500 calories or 5,000 calories. Never changes more than two or three pounds up or down. I've tried my entire adult life to put on some pounds but nothing sticks.
I plan to lose MORE weight in 2013. I started a fitness and nutrition plan in October and am down 25 pounds so far. The goal is to lose a total of 50.

I could stand to lose 7 or 8 pounds to be back in fighting shape. But then I'd just put that weight back on in the form of muscle so...

Never seems to stay off....
Just like to eat too much
And, do not really like cardio......
in six years I have lost 40 pounds despite being on a medication that usually causes people to gain weight. very happy about this!
I have more to lose.
