E-cards are to impersonal, and indicate the the sender didn't care enough to take the time to send the very best. Lawrence needs a Hallmark store.

We had a Hallmark store. It went out of business.

Lawrence actually used to have at least 3 Hallmark stores. They all went out of business!

Demand for greeting cards has been falling for at least a decade, with the card shop stores dwindling as it fell. Hard to sell buggy whips when the horseless carriage is the latest thing.

I buy 'made in USA' Hallmark cards. I do not buy Hallmarks 'Made in China' products. I mailed a birthday card to my niece yesterday.
