Early and often.
Voted early, can't vote today.
I am going to vote because I have the right to do so, and because my father gave his life in the Korean War to protect my rights.
What an absurd comment showing disrespect to those brave men and women who served and died in that Police Action!
Father, you jackass and the reason he volunteered was to give the South Koreans a chance to choose their own fate. He did not ever hate the North Koreans as he told me in the letters that he wrote home and asked his mother, my grandmother who raised me, to save them for me to read when I was old enough.
He hated every minute of it and he was terrified of being killed by friendly fire as US artillery shells went over his head on the way to strike the enemy.
Oh, that's right, you wrote Korea, so you don't know that the war was in the South when the North invaded and tried to take over and the Chinese was supplying the North with weapons.
What a hideous thing to say. Did saying that make you feel like a really big person?
It's good to know Indyan doesn't take his freedoms for granite.
Voting is one of the few rights left.
Unsure? How can somebody be freakin' unsure?
Where's the "Already Voted" column?
I think I seen him out in my driveway!
Nope, I'm pretty sure he went into the lateral field of my cess tank.
Good for you for getting out of the old folk's home and getting that Douglas County ID card.
Big shnoz on that rock star! He should look for a chiseler. In his case it'd be a good thing.
Until now that is - and Chicago elections - Flood the country will aliens, fight any state trying to institute voter ID seem to me the Liberals have a plan for this election. Vote early, vote often - Chicago style (Oh yeah, as an aside, whom is it in Washington brought up on Chicago politics? Ummmmmmmmmmmm, lemme think. I know I've got a name somewhere......
I showed 'em a picture of my artificial hip x-ray and askededed if they wanna see my scar.
Well, I voted at Trinity Lutheran. I had no difficulty as I have a state ID card. Never learned how to drive and never cared to. In my mind my Dad did die for my freedoms as an American woman. With the information the people had at the time the Korean War was a just war, one in which the soldiers suffered brutally. He did things he did not want to do, things that were hard, things that made battle hardened soldiers sit down and cry. He considered it an obligation to serve. I will never forget the day two men came to the house and told Grandmother that her son, her baby, her favorite of all her children, was dead. She screamed and covered her face with her apron. I still miss him like hell.
I was denied the right to vote today because I am a registered Liberatarian. I guess people who can think for themselves dont have the right to vote in this country.
