It depends on what holiday we're talking about. Let's see..It's November...I don't give anybody gifts for Thanksgiving......Wait a minute! Are you talking about Ch*#@tmas shopping? I love Christmas shopping! Why didn't you just say Christmas shopping?! But no, I don't start mine until after Thanksgiving, the same time I put up my holiday tree and listen to holiday music. American Consumerism gets worse every year.
Today is the birthday of Leo Bakeland, luckily it hasn't evolved into a gift-giving holiday yet.
No I have not. Two days before Thanksgiving I will start getting ready for that, and then two days before Christmas maybe put up a tree. I really don't want one this year. Right now I am just not feeling it.
I don't generally shop for Thanksgiving unless maybe it's to buy a cheap turkey. I grow my own sweet potatoes, green beans, etc. What other holiday is in November? Is this a trick question?
I think they probably didn't say "Christmas shopping" because not everyone is a Christian and therefore there's also , for example, "Hanukkah shopping" as Hanukkah is a holiday that starts in November this year (the 27th to be exact).
