Scott and Mindy Mesler, Lawrence, and Roy and Beverly Harris, Olathe, announce the engagement of their children, Kailey Mesler and Michael Dressler.
The future bride is a 2004 graduate of Lawrence High School. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2008 and her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2012, both from the University of Kansas. She is employed by Olathe Health Systems as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
The future groom is a 2000 graduate of Bonner Springs High. He graduated in 2008 from Donnelly College with his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Bachelors of Science in Economics. He is employed by the Federal Aviation Administration in Olathe as an air traffic controller.
The couple plan a June 7, 2013 wedding in Kansas City.

Dan and Leah Kuhlman, Lecompton and William and Phyllis Olbert, Kansas City, KS announce the engagement of their children Timothy Donald Kuhlman and Amy Lynn Olbert.
The prospective groom is a 2005 graduate of Free State High School and earned a BS in Secondary Education from Kansas State University in 2010. He is employed as a teacher at Lawrence High School.
The future bride is a 2006 graduate of Sumner Academy and earned a BA in music from UMKC in 2012.
The couple is planning a July 2013 wedding in Lawrence.

Michael and Janet Mihalchik of Lawrence, Kansas announce the engagement of their daughter, Mindy Mihalchik, to Adam Fry, son of Kent Fry and Marti Eagan of Lawrence, Kansas. The future bride is a graduate from Lawrence Free State High School. She earned her bachelors degree from Washburn University in Social Work and now is a Licensed Social Worker. The future groom is a graduate from Lawrence Free State High School. He earned his bachelors degree from the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the The University of Kansas. Adam currently works for a local family business. The couple resides in Lawrence and plans a June 1, 2013 wedding.

Jessica Babcock and Curtis Wood
Jessica Babcock and Curtis Wood were married October 20, 2012 at Danforth Chapel in Lawrence. The bride’s uncle, Pastor Richard Van Winkle, officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Susan and John Esau, Lawrence, Don and Sherry Babcock, Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Stan Hazlett, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Bob and Regina Wood, Phillipsburg, KS.
Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Hazlett, Jocelyn Gunter and Vanessa Babcock, sisters of the bride. Junior Bridesmaids were Kylie and Alexie Wood, daughters of the groom. Groomsmen were Taitum, Eric, Kalvin, and Zachary Wood, brothers of the groom. Flower girl was Kodi Wood, niece of the groom. Ushers were Kaleb and Seth Wood, nephews of the groom. Program attendants were Audrey Coomes and Peyton Wood, nieces of the groom. Soloist was Taitum Wood. Reader was Susan Esau, mother of the bride.
A reception followed at the Lawrence Country Club.
The bride is a graduate of Free State High School and the University of Kansas. She is the Chief Financial Officer for Cottonwood, Inc., Lawrence.
The groom is a graduate of Phillipsburg High School and Northwest Kansas Technical College. He is a Field Engineer with AT&T.
The couple resides in Lawrence.
