Dale and Susan Carnagie announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Carnagie, to Evan Meyers, all of Eudora.
The future bride is a 2008 graduate of Eudora High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Baker University School of Nursing this May and is currently employed at Stormont Vail Healthcare as a Registered Nurse in the NICU.
The groom is the son of David and Elizabeth Meyers, Eudora. He is a 2008 graduate of Eudora High School. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Ottawa University in 2012. He is currently employed at Summitt Marketing Group.
The couple plan a December 29, 2012, wedding at The Eudora Church of Christ.

Tom and Trish Gahler, Pine City, Minn., and Rodney and Gale Troth, Lawrence, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Chelsie Gahler to Kyler Troth.
Chelsie is a 2006 graduate of Pine City High School and a 2009 graduate of St. Cloud State University. Chelsie is currently attending Hamline University School of Law and will graduate May 2013 with a Law Degree.
Kyler is a 2003 graduate of Baldwin High School. He is a Union Carpenter working out of the Twin Cities.
A March 16, 2013 wedding is planned in Pine City at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with a reception in Hinckley.
The couple resides in New Brighton, Minn.

Estrella Li and Zachary Russell Elmore, both of Shanghai, China, were married Oct. 5 at the Oread Hotel. The bride is the daughter of Li Hanbao and Gu Ming, China. The groom is the son of John and Rosy Elmore, Lawrence.
The bride earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Nankai University in Tianjin, China and a Masters of Science in International Shipping and Logistic Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is employed by Odebrecht Construction in Shanghai.
The groom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Middlebury College. He is employed by EXSIF Worldwide in Shanghai.
After a honeymoon trip to Bali, the couple resides in Shanghai, China.

The future bride is a 2001 graduate of Lawrence High School. She earned an Associate’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and plans to graduate with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration the fall of 2013. She works for the City of Lawrence Finance Department.
The future groom is the son of Larry Haney, Vassar, and the late Edith Haney.
He is a 1994 graduate from Emporia High School and attended Emporia State University. He works at Laird Noller Automotive as a sales manager.
The couple plans a spring 2013 wedding.

Carole and Harry Morgan of Lawrence, KS, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lily Rana Morgan, to C. Michael Hall, son of Pamela and Brian Hall of Moundridge, KS.
The future bride graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in English, and from Emporia State University with a Master’s in Library Science. She is the library director at Independence Community College in Independence, KS.
The future groom received a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science from McPherson College. He is a freelance writer and cartoonist specializing in educational comic books, and teaches a college course in comics and cartooning.
Their wedding is planned for November 2012 in Lawrence. The couple lives in Independence.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Tami Gwaltney, Lawrence, Kansas.
The groom is the son of Warren and Melonie Sullivan, Lawrence, Kansas.
