Dale and Charlotte Heiserman
Dale and Charlotte Heiserman, Lawrence, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary today with their children and grandchildren.
Charlotte M. Cudney and Dale F. Heiserman were married May 26, 1945, in a military chapel in Texas.
Dale retired as a sergeant with the Kansas Highway Patrol after 28 years of service. After he retired, he worked as a court security officer for the U.S. Marshal Service for nine years. Charlotte retired from the Douglas County Sheriff’s office after 23 years as a dispatcher, deputy and photographer.
Their children are Jane and Dale Heiserman Jr., Oskaloosa; Gary and Lynn Heiserman, Linda and Eric Schrock and Kevin and Julie Allmon, all of Lawrence.
They have eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Dr. Judson and Marianne Hunt, Plano, Texas, and Richard and Nancy Hernandez, Lawrence, announce the engagement of their children, Lauren Elise Hunt and Misha Emmanuel Hernandez, both of Lawrence.
The future bride is a 2003 graduate of Plano Senior High School. She earned an elementary education degree from Kansas University in 2007, and teaches fourth grade at Langston Hughes School.
The future groom is a 2003 graduate of Free State High School. He earned a psychology degree from KU in 2008 and is a project manager at EFM Integrated LLC in Lawrence.
The couple plan an October 2010 wedding.

Don and Susan Cameron, Newton, announce the engagement of their daughter, Brooke Cameron, to Garrett Wornkey, both of Lawrence.
The future bride is a 2005 graduate of Buhler High School. She plans to earn a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from Kansas University in May 2011.
The future groom is the son of Don Wornkey, Hutchinson, and Yvette Gadberry, Eudora. He also is a 2005 graduate of Buhler High, and is employed at Sears Holdings in Lawrence.
The couple plan a June 26, 2010, wedding at First Church of the Nazarene in Hutchinson.

Erin Campbell and Marc Kliem, both of Lawrence, announce their engagement.
The future bride is the daughter of Mike Campbell, Pomona, and Laura Finan, Lawrence. She is a 2001 graduate of Free State High School, and is employed at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
The future groom is the son of Lew and Ann Kliem, Lawrence. He is a 1995 graduate of Lawrence High School and is employed by ADT Security Services.
The couple plan a June 26, 2010, wedding at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Lawrence.
