The future bride is a 2007 graduate of Baldwin High School and is employed at Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine in Lawrence.
The future groom is the son of Daniel and Cathy Wendt, and Jolyn Wendt, all of Baldwin City. He is a 2006 graduate of Baldwin High and is employed at Custom Mobile Equipment in Baldwin City.
The couple plan a June 19, 2010, wedding in Baldwin City.

Duane and Cheryl Cox, Lawrence, along with Gary and Mary Gorden, Perry, announce the engagement of their children, Michael Cox, Lawrence, and Amanda Gorden, Perry.
The future groom is a 2002 graduate of Perry-Lecompton High School and a 2009 graduate of the mobile intensive care technician program at Johnson County Community College. He is a paramedic at American Medical Response in Topeka.
The future bride is a 2004 graduate of Perry-Lecompton High and a 2008 graduate of Baker University School of Nursing. She is a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at Stormont-Vail Hospital, Topeka.
The couple plan an Aug. 21, 2010, wedding in Perry.

The future bride is a 2002 graduate of McPherson High School and a 2007 graduate of Kansas University. She is employed by the Department of Defense child development center at U.S.A.G. Schinnen, Netherlands.
The future groom is the son of Werner and Carola Sinz of Nurtingen, Germany. He is a 2001 graduate of Max-Plank Gymnasium and a 2008 graduate of the University of Stuttgart Germany. He is employed by The Eindhoven University of Technology and is earning a doctorate in applied physics.
The couple plan a summer 2010 wedding.

Elizabeth Kellison, Lawrence, and Matthew Stephens, Atwood, were married Feb. 12, 2010, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, with the Rev. John Schmidler officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Christina Stoddard, Lawrence, and the late Alan Stoddard.
The groom is the son of Wayne and Nancy Stephens, Deerfield.
Maid of honor was Jessica Leffler. Best men were Jalen Stephens and Mateo Kellison. Flower girl was Gabriella Kellison.
A reception was given at Maceli’s.
The bride graduated from Free State High School, attended Kansas University, and is employed at Lawrence Community Shelter.
The groom graduated from Atwood High School and Kansas State University, and is employed with the state of Kansas.
The couple reside in Baldwin City.

Roger and Susie Taul, Baldwin City, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. April 3 at Worden United Methodist Church. The event will be hosted by their children, Rusty Taul and Tami Broyles.
The Tauls were married April 1, 1960, in Lawrence.
