Smith

Tamara Ray and Fredrick Smith, both of Tulsa, Okla., announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lonnie and Sharon Ray, Lawrence. She is a 1997 graduate of Lawrence High School. She attends Tulsa Technology Center's Nursing School and works as a nurse assistant at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.

The future groom is the son of Larry Smith and Betty Smith, both of Tulsa. He is a 1994 graduate of Daniel Webster High School, Tulsa. He is a radiology assistant at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.

The couple plan an April wedding in Tulsa.

Anne-Wesley and R. Cornell Teague Jr.

Anne-Wesley Maree Roberts and R. Cornell Teague Jr. were married July 30, 2005, at Christ Church in Alexandria, Va., with the Very Rev. Pierce Klemmt officiating. He was assisted by the Rev. Brent Webster.

The bride is the daughter of U.S. Sen. Pat Roberts and Franki Roberts, Dodge City. She is the granddaughter of the late Wes Roberts and Ruth Roberts. The groom is the son of Randal Teague Sr. and Jessica Townsend Teague, Alexandria, Va. He is the grandson of Margaret Townsend, Prairie Village, and the late Harold Townsend Jr.

Maid of honor was M. Ashleigh Roberts. The bride's other attendants were Mary English Pohlmann, Miriam Roberts, Erin Suhy, Mary Robb Teague, Barbara Thomson, Sara Scully and Marissa Fann. Junior bridesmaids were Eleanor Smart and Marjorie Townsend. Flower girls were Chandler Fann and Harriet Townsend.

R. Blake Brickman and Connor K. Faught were Scripture readers. Greeters were Edward Hill Townsend, Maree Webster and Gaye Fann.

Best men were R. Townsend Teague and James K.B. Teague. Groomsmen were Tim Dillon, Ben Kessinger, Mark Kurtz, David Roberts, Mitchell Schorr, Patrick Sigg, Luke Stacy and Andrew White. Ring bearers were Jeffrey Fann, Walker Fann and William Webster.

A reception followed the ceremony at the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution building in Washington, D.C.

The bride is a graduate of Kansas University. The groom is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

Following a wedding trip to the island of Nevis, the couple reside in Denver.

Morgan and Casey Robertson


Morgan Loveland and Casey Robertson were married Jan. 15, 2005, at St. Lawrence Catholic Campus Center Chapel with Monsignor Vince Krische officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. Chuck and Mary Loveland, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Jim and Linda Robertson, Jackson, Mich.

Maid of honor was Katy Kaminski. Bridesmaids were Meredith Loveland Brown, Allison Sollars, Laura Hubert Beightel, Kristen Beil, Melissa Hammans and Tracy Biggs. Best man was Christopher Heydenburg. Groomsmen were Scott Robertson, Todd Robertson, Ryan Fitzgerald, Scott Ford, Doug Loveland and Ben Naus.

Flower girl was Riley Robertson. Ring bearers were Tyler Robertson and Reese Loveland. Ushers were Erik Brown and Chris Koster.

Vocalists were Whitney Juneau, Kristen Beil, Melissa Hammans, Katy Kaminski and Audi Heydenberg. Cantor was Aidan Loveland Koster. Organist was Christopher Berry. Lector was Michael J. Davis, godfather of the bride. Altar server was Andreas Martinez.

Guest book attendant was Becca Booth Meyers, and program assistants were Lindy and Nicholas Martinez. Mary Pat Himmelberg was special wedding assistant.

A reception was given at Alvamar Country Club. Reception assistants were Mandy Leibold, Sally Hudnall and Leann Johnson.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Lawrence High School. She received a bachelor's degree in voice and theater in 2000 from Indiana University School of Music. She is a vocalist in "Broadway! A Star Spangled Celebration" and "Broadway's Spirit of Christmas" at the Branson Variety Theater.

The groom is a 1994 graduate of Northwest High School, Jackson, Mich. He attended Spring Arbor College. He is a musician who appears at Silver Dollar City and The Little Opry Theater.

The couple reside in Branson, Mo.

Leona Suetta Jones and Phillip Anthony LeRoux, both of Lawrence, were married Oct. 14, 2005, in the South Park Gazebo in Lawrence with Karen Gilkey officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Tim and Kathy Jones, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Eric LeRoux, Lawrence, and Linda LeRoux, Lecompton. Grandparents of the couple are Joan Clark, Oskaloosa, and the late John Clark; Charles and Jeannie Jones, Onalaska, Texas; Marjorie and Herman LeRoux, Lawrence; the late Betty Frear; and David Mason, Little Rock, Ark. Great-grandparents are Doris Clark, Omaha, Neb., and Ethel LeRoux, Doniphan, Mo.

Maid of honor was Hailey Russell. Best man was Jesse Phillips. Bridesmaid was Jaime Kuhnert. Groomsman was Andrew Henderson. Flower girl was Alexis Miller. Ring bearer was Nicholas Miller.

A reception was given at South Park Recreation Center. Reception host was Debbie Feist.

The couple reside in Lawrence.

Nathan Millhouse and Holly Bieker

James and Gayla Bieker, Lawrence, announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Bieker, Lenexa, to Nathan Millhouse, Shawnee, son of Clinton and Angela Millhouse, Richmond, Va.

The bride-to-be is a 1995 graduate of Lawrence High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in human development and family life from Kansas University in 2000. She graduated in May 2005 with a master's degree in counseling from Webster University. She is a case manager at Johnson County Mental Health.

The future groom is a 1992 graduate of Hutchinson High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational management and leadership from Friends University. He is pursuing a master's degree in business administration at Webster University. He is an operations manager for GNC.

The couple plan a fall 2006 wedding in Kansas City.
