Annie Willoughby and Michael Wedman were married Sept. 2, 2005, in Lawrence with the Rev. Mick Mulvany officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Barb Willoughby, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Larry and Linda Wedman, Lawrence.

Maid of honor was Katie Willoughby. Best man was Chris Kelley. Bridesmaids were Mary Coyle, Lindsey Hannah, Ashley Knight and Katherine Wells. Groomsmen were Scott Wedman, Randy Baum, Matt Manda and Colby Vick. Ushers were Tom Willoughby, Sam Willoughby, Grant Van Blaricum, Ryan Cragg and Alex Morgan. Guest book attendant was Sneha Chandra. Readers were Nicole Henry and Sean Patton.

A lakeside reception was given at the home of the groom's parents.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Lawrence High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies from Kansas University in 2005. She is a conference assistant at A-S-K Associates and a sales representative for Pride Promotions.

The groom is a 2001 LHS graduate. He received a degree in networking and communication administration from DeVry University in 2004. He is a builder for Wedman Construction.

The couple reside in Lawrence.

Trina Bierman and Michael Dibbini were married July 30, 2005, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Salina with the Rev. Kerry Ninemire officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Bernie and Della Bierman, Baldwin. The groom is the son of Jrouh and Laila Dibbini, Palmdale, Calif.

Matron of honor was Angela Bogart. Best man was Murad Dibbini. Bridesmaids were Trisha Gresnick, Lori Augustine, Leah Chambliss, Katie Kocher, Sharron Dabaneh and Monnar Dibbini. Groomsmen were Rani Dibbini, Randy Dabaneh, Jeff Dibbini, Ramsey Farraj, Tyler Bogart, J.C. Walsh and John Dibbini. Ushers were Harold Calvo, Merrick Henry and Ozzy Perez. A reception was given at St. Mary's Parish Hall.

The bride is a Baldwin High School graduate. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education and psychological services from Kansas Wesleyan University. She is a sixth-grade teacher at Lakewood Middle School in Salina.

The groom is a graduate of Palmdale High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kansas Wesleyan. He is the head men's and women's soccer coach at Kansas Wesleyan.

The couple reside in Salina.

The bride is the daughter of Gary and Rhonda Shepard, Wichita. The groom is the son of Robert and Susan Herrington, Lawrence.

Maid of honor was Stephanie Shepard. Best man was Brandon Holloman. Groomsman was Ben Green.

The bride is a Wichita Southeast High School graduate. She received a Master of Science degree in education from Kansas University. She is employed with East Central Kansas Cooperative in Education as an early childhood special education teacher in Eudora.

The groom is a Lawrence High School graduate. He is a firefighter for Lawrence-Douglas County Fire & Medical.

The couple reside in Eudora.

Sarah M. Daugherty and Samuel L. Meeks were married Aug. 12, 2005, in Henderson, Ky., with Judge Sandy Walkins officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Roger and Lurretta Daugherty, Boonville, Ind., formerly of Lawrence. The groom is the son of Samuel Meeks, Spottsville, Ky., and Mary J. Fields, Seebree, Ky.

Matron of honor was Mary Rigdon. Best man was Nick Brown. Bridesmaids were Dana Reid and Chrissy Yager. Groomsmen were Tim Rigdon and Ed Reid. Ring bearer was Owen Reid. Flower girls were Silvia Reid, Matty Yager and Gabby Yager.

A reception was given at the American Legion building in Boonville, Ind.

The bride attended Lawrence public schools until her junior year at Lawrence High School. She graduated from high school in 2001 in Boonville, Ind. She is an assistant manager for Payless ShoeSource in Henderson, Ky.

The groom received his General Educational Development degree in 1996 in Evansville, Ind. He is employed and taking classes for the local union 156 to become a union painter.

The couple reside in Spottsville, Ky.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of the Baldwin School and Bates College. She is employed with Freelance Film Production.

The future groom is a 1994 graduate of Lawrence High School. He graduated from Swarthmore College. He is manager of acquisitions and programming for Sundance Channel.

The couple plan a March 25, 2006, wedding at W Hotel in New York City's Union Square.

Paul and Rusty Tryon, Lawrence, recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.

Paul Tryon and Rusty Pugh were married Nov. 20, 1945, in Lawrence. Paul worked for Lawrence Paper Co. for 46 years. Rusty was a homemaker.

Their children are Tom Tryon, Lawrence; Nick Tryon, Lawrence; Audrey Richeson, Baldwin; and Twila Tryon, Kansas City. They have six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Anniversary

Barbara and William Hunsinger

The family of Barbara Hunsinger and the late William J. Hunsinger will celebrate the couple's 60th wedding anniversary with a dinner Sunday at Longhorn Restaurant in Lawrence.

William Hunsinger and Barbara Pedro were married Dec. 9, 1945, in Manhattan. William served in the U.S. Navy. He worked 25 years for Amsco, servicing hospital equipment. Barbara was a homemaker.

Their children are: David Hunsinger, California City, Calif.; Dennis Hunsinger, Carbondale; Richard Hunsinger, Lawrence; and Wayne Hunsinger and Mel Bocean, Kansas City, Mo. They have 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The future groom is the son of Dennis and Candi Phillips, Merriam. He is a graduate of Shawnee Mission North High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from KU. He is employed as a dimensional engineer at the Ford Assembly plant in Claycomo, Mo.

The couple plan a June 10, 2006, wedding at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Perham, Minn.

The future groom is the son of Dennis and Linda Baranski, Lecompton. He is an Oskaloosa High School graduate. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Washburn University. He is enrolled in the master's degree program at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in the Doctor of Osteopathy program.

The couple plan a March 2006 wedding.
