SENIOR SUPERVISORS
(2 Openings)
Both openings performs daily food service supervisory shift work at the KU Memorial Unions Ekdahl Dining which is located on the campus of KU and serves an average of 3,200 customers per day in a food court style operation. Both positions require a High School diploma with demonstrated understanding of food preparation & food service operations, 2 years of volume food service production experience and supervisory experience. Pay range $11.71-$13.11 per hour plus excellent benefits including competitive pay, health/ dental insurance, retirement, vacation, sick leave, holidays & meal compensation for shift worked.
THE SENIOR SERVICE SUPERVISOR is responsible for front of the house operations & directing employees working in customer service, food preparation, cashiering and ware washing. THE SENIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR is responsible for planning & directing employees working in food preparation, handling, serving, storage and service to adhere to health and safety standards.
