TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
1. You are hereby notified that Travis L. Gordy died on October 29, 2009.
2. You are further advised that the name of Mr. Gordy's trust is as follows:
The Gordy Trust dated October 10, 2007.
3. The Trustee is Anthony C. Corporon. He may be contacted through the office address below.
4. Claims should be submitted to the Trustee at Perry and Trent, LLC, 13100 Kansas Avenue, Suite C, Bonner Springs, KS 66012.
All creditors are notified to exhibit their demands against the Trust within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice as provided by law, and if their demands are not thus exhibited, they shall be forever barred.
