follows: Beginning at a

the Northeast corner of
said Southeast 1/4, said
point being on the South
right of way line of Township Road; thence West
307.64 feet along the South
line of said road; thence
South 280.90 feet; thence
East 307.64 feet to the East
line of said Southeast 1/4;
thence North 280.90 feet to
the point of beginning, in
