21 East of the sixth P.M.,
Leavenworth County, Kansas, described as: Beginning at a point 40.00 feet
West of the Northeast corner of said Section 13;
which point lies on the apparent West right-of-way
of County Road #29;
thence South 569.00 feet;
thence West 460.00 feet;
thence North 569.00 feet;
thence East 460.00 feet to
the beginning, except that
part taken or used for
road,
commonly known as
18725 High Prairie Road,
Leavenworth, KS 66048 (the
"Property")

to satisfy the judgment in
the above-entitled case.
