NOTICE TO CREDITORS
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO
ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified
that on the 19th of December, 2012, a Petition was
filed in this Court by Davis
T. Moulden, praying that he
be appointed as Administrator and granted Letters
of Administration.
You are hereby required to
file your written defenses
thereto on or before the
25th day of January, 2013,
at 1:00 o'clock p.m. of said
day, in this Court, at which
time and place said cause
will be heard. Should you
fail therein, judgment and
decree will be entered in
due course upon said Petition.
All creditors are notified to
exhibit their demands
against the estate within
the latter of four months
from the date of the first
publication of this notice
under K.S.A. 59-2236 and
amendments thereto, or if
the identity of the creditor
is known or reasonably ascertainable, 30 days after
actual notice was given as
provided by law, and if
their demands are not thus
exhibited they shall be forever barred. Any written
defenses or demands
should be filed with the
Clerk of the District Court
of Leavenworth County
Kansas at 601 S. 3rd St.,
Suite 3051, Leavenworth,
Kansas 66048 with a copy
