petition has been filed on

K. Lane, an heir at law of
LzZona S. King, deceased,
praying that the determination of the descent of the
following described real estate:

Lot 24, Block 2 in FIRST and
SECOND ADDITION to the
Town of Basehor in the City
of Basehor, according to
the recorded plat thereof,
all in Leavenworth County,
Kansas.

Lot 5, Mills Addition, An addition in Wyandotte
County, Kansas, And all
other property, real and
personal, or interests
therein, owned by the decedent at the time of death;
you are hereby required to
file your written defenses
thereto on or before 21 September, 2011, at 1:00
o'clock p.m., of said day, in
said court, in the City of
Leavenworth, in Leavenworth County, Kansas, at
which time and place said
cause will be heard. Should
you fail therein, Judgment
and decree will be entered
in due course upon such
petition.
