PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that
the Tonganoxie Planning
Commission will hold a
public hearing on the application for a Special Use
Permit for a child daycare
on the following described
property:

Lot 2, Block 18, Southpark
Townhome Subdivison in
the City of Tonganoxie,
Kansas according to the recorded plat thereof, in
Leavenworth County, Kansas more commonly known
as 110 Grae Ct.

The hearing will be held at
7:00 p.m. on Thursday, the
3rd day of May 2012, in the
Council Chambers at City
Hall, 321 S. Delaware, Tonganoxie, Kansas.
