Street, in the City of Leavenworth, Leavenworth
County, Kansas, the
following-described real
estate, to wit:

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 in
Block 1, and Lot 1 and Lot
11 in Block 5, and Lots 1, 2, 3
and 4 in Block 7, all being in
Honeycreek Farms, a subdivision in the City of
Basehor, Leavenworth
County, Kansas according
to the recorded plat
thereof.

This real estate is taken as
the property of defendants
and is directed by the Order of Sale to be sold and
will be sold without appraisement to satisfy the
Order of Sale.
