NOTICE is hereby given that
the Shawnee Board of Zoning
Appeals will hold a public
hearing at the place and time
stated above to consider:
BZA-12-13-09, a request for a
variance from Shawnee Municipal Code, Section
17.23.100(A), to allow a reduction of the required 30 foot
rear yard for the construction
of a two room addition to one
single family home. To allow
for a 22 foot rear yard setback
in the Planned Single Family
zoning district, for the following described tract of property, to-wit: Lot 13, Philip
Highlands, a subdivision of
land in the City of Shawnee,
Johnson County, Kansas. Said
property is generally located
at 5200 Rosehill Road. Request submitted by Kristen
