the City of Shawnee, Kansas passed Ordinance No.
3059, PROVIDING FOR THE
CHANGING AND REZONING
OF CERTAIN TRACTS OF
LAND IN THE CITY OF
SHAWNEE, KANSAS, FROM
CH (COMMERCIAL HIGHWAY) ZONING DISTRICT
AND PO (PROFESSIONAL OFFICE) ZONING DISTRICT TO
PUDOC (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OFFICE AND
COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT, AND APPROVING THE
PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR SHAWNEE
PLAZA, A 12.8 ACRE PARCEL
GENERALLY LOCATED AT
THE INTERSECTION OF MIDLAND DRIVE, SHAWNEE MISSION PARKWAY, AND
CAENEN LAKE ROAD, HEREINAFTER SET FORTH AND
AMENDING THE ZONING
DISTRICT MAP INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL
CODE.
