CITY OF SHAWNEE
Summary of Ordinance
No. 3049

On the 26th day of November, 2012, the Governing
Body of the City of Shawnee, Kansas passed Ordinance No. 3049, to approve
the incorporation by reference of the International
Fire Code, 2012 Edition,
with omissions and additions; amending Chapter
15.32 of the Shawnee Municipal Code, incorporating
by reference the International Fire Code 2012 Edition, with additions, to regulate conditions hazardous
to life and property from
fire, explosion, handling or
use of hazardous materials
and the use and occupancy
of buildings and premises,
in the City of Shawnee,
Kansas. These changes and
updates will be in effect as
of April 1, 2013.

or at
www.cityofshawnee.org .

The undersigned hereby
certifies as prescribed by
KSA 12-3007 that the foregoing Summary of Ordinance No. 3049 is legally accurate and sufficient.
