Requests for Qualifications
(RFQ) will be received by
the City of Shawnee, hereinafter referred to as the
Owner, at the office of the
City Clerk at Shawnee City
Hall, 11110 Johnson Drive,
Shawnee, Kansas, until
10:00 A.M., Tuesday, April
24, 2012 .
The RFQ is for Lotus
Notes/Domino Development Services . Selection of
the qualified vendor will be
notified of the results
within twenty-two (22)
days of the date set above
for responses to be received. The Contract may
be awarded no later than
May 28th, 2012, by the Governing Body of the Owner
at the sole and complete
discretion of such Governing Body. The City of Shawnee reserves the right to reject any or all responses
and to waive informalities
or irregularities in responses.
The Request for Qualifications for Lotus Notes development services is to establish a qualified vendor
who is able to provide services in the following
areas:
*Application development
in Lotus Notes
*Interface development
and software integration
*Report design and development
*Data conversion planning
and execution as required
*Business process automation solutions
The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document may
be obtained after 8:00 A.M.,
April 12, 2012, from the City
of Shawnee, 11110 Johnson
