THE STATE OF KANSAS TO
ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:

You are hereby notified
that a Petition has been
filed in this Court by Mary
Anna Ross, surviving
spouse and one of the heirs
of Robert M. Ross, deceased, requesting:

Descent be determined of
the following described
real estate situated in Johnson County, Kansas:
The West 1.98 feet of the
East of Lot 36, and the
East 3 feet of Lot 38, SECOND STREET in the City of
DeSoto, Johnson County,
Kansas and all personal
property and other Kansas
real estate owned by decedent at the time of death.
And that such property and
all personal property and
other Kansas real estate
owned by the decedent at
the time of death be assigned pursuant to the laws
of intestate succession.

You are hereby required to
file your written defenses
thereto on or before the
29th day of February, 2012,
at 11:30 o'clock A.M. of said
day, in said Court, in the
City of Olathe, in Johnson
County, Kansas, at which
time and place said cause
will be heard. Should you
fail therein, judgment and
decree will be entered in
due course upon the Petition.
