Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me by the Clerk of the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas, the undersigned Sheriff of Leavenworth County, Kansas, will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the Justice Center, 2nd Floor Lobby Leavenworth County, Kansas, on April 1, 2010, at 10:00 AM, the following real estate:
Lot 33, Block 13, Stilling's Subdivision in the City of Leavenworth, Leavenworth County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof, commonly known as 1304 Grand Avenue, Leavenworth, KS 66048 (the "Property")
