Lot 16, in a final plat of P&L SUBDIVISION, a Replat of Lots 103-122 on Grove Street, in the City of Baldwin City, Douglas County, Kansas, commonly known as 1101 Grove Street, Baldwin City, KS 66006 (the "Property")
