Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me by the Clerk of the District Court of Douglas County, Kansas, the undersigned Sheriff of Douglas County, Kansas, will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the Lower Level of the Judicial and Law Enforcement Center of the Courthouse at Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas, on April 1, 2010, at 10:00 AM, the following real estate:
Lot 64, in MEADOWS PLACE, an addition to the City of Lawrence, in Douglas County, Kansas., commonly known as 2717 Meadow Drive, Lawrence, KS 66047 (the "Property")
