Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me by the Clerk of the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas, the undersigned Sheriff of Leavenworth County, Kansas, will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the Justice Center, 2nd Floor Lobby Leavenworth County, Kansas, on March 25, 2010, at 10:00 AM, the following real estate:

Tract No. 2:
A tract of land in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 Section 27, Township 10 South, Range 20 East of the 6th P.M., described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 27; thence South 00 degrees 23'59" East, 331.30 feet to the point of beginning of this tract; thence South 89 degrees 29'22" East 656.86 feet; thence South 00 degrees 23'59" West, 331.28 feet; thence North 89 degrees 29'27" West, 656.86 feet; thence North 00 degrees 23'59" East, 331.30 feet to the point of beginning, less any part thereof taken or used for road purposes, in Leavenworth County, Kansas,
commonly known as 21150 259th Street, Tonganoxie, KS 66086 (the "Property")
