LOT 2, BLOCK ONE 1 IN GREENAMYRE'S ADDITION IN THE CITY OF LEAVENWORTH, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, IN LEAVENWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS, commonly known as 2308 4th Avenue, Leavenworth, KS 66048 (the "Property")
