By virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me out of the said District Court in the above-entitled action, I will on Thursday, the 3rd day of December, 2009 at 10:00 am of said date at the Justice Center on the 2nd floor lobby in Leavenworth County, Kansas, in the City of Leavenworth, Kansas, offer at public sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, the following described real property, to-wit:

The South Half of Lots A, B, C, and D, John Kelly's Re-Survey of Block 5 of James Davis Addition to the City of Leavenworth, a subdivision in the City of Leavenworth, Leavenworth County, Kansas.

more correctly referred to as:

The South Half of Lots A, B, C, and D, JOHN KELLY'S RESURVEY of Block 5 of James Davis' Addition, City of Leavenworth, Leavenworth County, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.

The above-described real estate is taken as the property of the defendants Brooke A. Lange a/k/a Brooke Lange, et al. and is directed by said Order of Sale to be sold, and will be sold without appraisement to satisfy said Order of Sale.
