Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me by the Clerk of the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas, the undersigned Sheriff of Leavenworth County, Kansas, will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the Justice Center, 2nd Floor Lobby Leavenworth County, Kansas, on December 3, 2009, at 10:00 AM, the following real estate:

A tract commencing 1331 feet West and 429 feet South of the East 1/4 corner of Section 29, Township 8, Range 22, said corner being intersected by stone fences; fence South 396 feet to a stone, thence East 885 feet to the center of public road; thence North 38 Degrees 39' West 330 feet; thence North 13 degrees 30' West 142 feet; thence West 646.5 feet to the place of beginning and being part of Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 8, Range 22, in Leavenworth County, Kansas, commonly known as 30325 172nd Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048 (the "Property")
