YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Mortgage Foreclosure has been filed in the District Court of Douglas County, Kansas by BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, praying for foreclosure of certain real property legally described as follows:
