You are hereby notified that a Petition to Quiet Title has been filed in the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas, by John Donovan praying for a Decree to Quiet Title to a 1952 M 38A1 Jeep VIN# 76103 and you are hereby required to plead to the Petition or appear on November 25, 2009, at 8:30 a.m., in the District Court of Leavenworth County, Leavenworth Justice Center, Courtroom II, 4th floor, 601 S. 3rd Street, Leavenworth, Kansas.
If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
