YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED: That a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas, Case No. 09CV470 by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association , praying for foreclosure of a mortgage executed by Ivey R Sweeney AKA Ivy R Sweeney and Tony E Sweeney on 05/21/2004 and recorded in Book 917 , Page 1893 in the real estate records of Leavenworth County, Kansas, related to the following property:
LOT 11, BLOCK 60, LEAVENWORTH CITY PROPER, CITY OF LEAVENWORTH, LEAVENWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS.
You are hereby required to plead to the Petition on or before November 24, 2009 in the court at Leavenworth County, Kansas. If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the petition.
