NOTICE OF HEARING AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The State of Kansas to All Persons Concerned:
You are hereby notified of the death of Helen J. Murphy on the 5th day of September, 2009.
You are further advised The First State Bank & Trust of Tonganoxie, Kansas is the acting and qualified Trustee of the Revocable Trust Agreement of Helen J. Murphy. All creditors are notified to exhibit their demands against the estate within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thirty (30) days from receipt of actual notice, and if their demands are not exhibited they shall be forever barred pursuant to K.S.A. 58a-818.
