and the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, creditors, and assigns of such of the defendants as may be deceased; the unknown spouses of the defendants; the unknown officers, successors, trustees, creditors and assigns of such defendants as are existing, dissolved or dormant corporations; the unknown guardians and trustees of such of the defendants as are minors or are in anywise under legal disability; and all other persons who are or may be concerned:
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the District Court of Leavenworth County, Kansas, by Jpmorgan Chase Bank, National Association for judgment in the sum of $130,453.64, plus interest, costs and other relief; judgment that plaintiff's lien is a first lien on the said real property and sale of said property to satisfy the indebtedness, said property described as follows, to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 10 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST OF THE SIXTH P.M., DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 24; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 25' 57" EAST 300.00 FEET ALONG THE SECTION LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THIS TRACT; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 25' 57" EAST 346.32 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES WEST, 700.70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 90 DEGREES WEST 469.47 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES EAST 646.05 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 25' 57" EAST 123.27 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES EAST 50.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS ANY PART THEREOF TAKEN OR USED FOR ROAD PURPOSES, IN LEAVENWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS. Commonly known as 24229 Hollingsworth Rd, McLouth, Kansas 66054
and you are hereby required to plead to said petition in said Court at Leavenworth, Kansas on or before the 28th day of November, 2009.
Should you fail therein judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition.
